I love Shonelle from Tech for Pracs! I tried so hard to make my site myself and it just wasn't working out. If you're grinding your teeth to dust over the frustration of building a website or going crazy trying to explain what you do to your graphic designer or web developer, just stop what you're doing and hire shonelle.
