Campus Resources Graft-versus-host disease (GvHD)-free/relapse-free survival (GRFS) is a composite endpoint of GvHD-free, relapse-free survival after allogeneic haematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (allo-HSCT), defined as first occurrence of grade III–IV acute GvHD or systemic therapy-requiring chronic GvHD, disease relapse, or death from any cause during the first 12 months after allo-HSCT, each of these GRFS components being clinically meaningful.
